
The dumplings are great as a snack when you need a little healthy energy boost at work or school, they are also great for athletes.
Ingredients:
100 g dates
80g almonds
40 g oatmeal
150 g grated carrots????
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
a pinch of cloves
25 g of coconut
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
walnut kernels (for stuffing)
Sprinkle as desired: coconut, sesame, ground almonds, walnuts, flax seeds…
Preparation:
1. Put the dates (previously soaked in cold water), almonds, and oatmeal in a blender and chop until fine.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and once again grind everything together in a blender.
3. Take a spoonful of the mixture, put in the middle half a walnut kernel, form a ball roll in a sprinkle as desired, and done.
